What is the 6-Week Selling System?

The 6-Week Selling System is my proven, step-by-step process for helping homeowners sell their property faster and for top dollar. It combines professional home preparation, strategic pricing, targeted marketing, and expert negotiation with the high accountability of a 6 week listing agreement. Everything is customized to your home and local Kamloops market. Every week has a focused goal so you always know what’s happening, why it matters, and how it leads to your best possible result.

What do you charge to sell my home?

My commission is performance-based and fully transparent, there are no upfront fees or surprises. I’m only paid when your home sells successfully. My rate is 7% of the first $100,000 and 3% of the balance. I offer a portion of this (3% of the first $100,000 and 1.5% of the balance) to any other Realtor that can bring us a Buyer.

What happens if my home doesn't sell?

I stand behind my results, and I believe you shouldn’t pay for something that doesn’t deliver. If your home doesn’t sell within the 6-Week Selling System, I personally cover all of the marketing costs, and you’re under no obligation to continue working with me.
