We offer full transparency of our Commission Plans. All homes are different and require a different strategy. While the marketing plan will change for each home, the commission structure remains the same. A properly executed marketing plan will sell a home for more money and in less time. A poorly outlined marketing plan will do the opposite. One of the best investments you can make is choosing the right marketing plan and getting it in writing.
Commission Rate:
“Enhanced Marketing Program” 6.5% on the first $100,000 and 3% of the balance. To give an idea, here is a scale on price points.
$250,000 Listing – $11,000+GST
$500,000 Listing – $18,500+GST
$750,000 Listing – $26,000+GST
$1,000,000 Listing – $33,500+GST
